These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Life Scenario Planner (the “App”). By using the App you agree to the terms below.

1. Who We Are

These Terms & Conditions are between Mot ("we", "us") and you, the user of Life Scenario Planner (the "App"). Mot operates and provides access to the App.

2. As-Is Service, No Financial Advice

Life Scenario Planner is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. The App provides budgeting simulations and projections for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the App.

3. License and Use

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the App. You may not resell access to the App or attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit it in ways not intended by the interface.

4. Free and Pro Features

The free tier allows a single scenario with limited daily detail. The Pro plan unlocks multiple scenarios and the detailed day-by-day financial table, as described on the website. We may update or change features over time.

5. Subscription and Billing

Pro access is offered as a recurring subscription and renews monthly until canceled. Pricing and plan details are shown at checkout. We may change pricing in the future, and will communicate changes on the website or in-app before they take effect.

6. Payments via Paddle

Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record and handles billing, invoicing, and applicable taxes. Paddle processes your payment information in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund past periods. To request a refund or resolve a billing issue, contact us at mot.french@gmail.com. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis via email.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from your use of the App, including decisions made based on its simulations or projections.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Refund Policy

If you experience a billing issue or believe you are entitled to a refund, you can contact us at mot.french@gmail.com. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and, where approved, are processed via Paddle, our payment provider.
